What is Weaver?

    With a personalized Dashboard for every Weaver user, accessing relevant information has never been easier. Whether you’re an administrator who needs to be advised of institution-wide challenges and successes on a daily basis, or a student who simply wants to monitor your own progress, Weaver chooses the most essential data to present to you first, while neatly storing other options and historical data right at your fingertips.

  • Reporting and Analytics

    Your institution’s LMS captures a remarkable amount of data, but never before has this data been so accessible in order to empower your administrators and faculty. Data displayed through powerful yet easy-to-read reports allows not only the evaluation of current student performance but also the prediction of future trends for individual students, entire classes, courses and even instructors. Just a few of the reports available in Weaver include time spent within a course, social interaction, and overall activity, among many more.

  • Smart Triggers and Issue Alerts

    Smart triggers are set by default either based on data collected by Loom or the needs and desires of the institution. Manual triggers can also be added at varying levels, allowing instructors and even students to set parameters within their own courses. When those parameters are exceeded, an Issue Alert is created in order to identify events and behavior that requires immediate attention on the part of the administrator, instructor and/or student.

  • CRM Functionality

    Your institution is a constantly growing and evolving community, and constituent relationship management (CRM) is designed specifically to help build and maintain the relationships that constitute that system. From the first inquiry to graduation and even beyond, Weaver leverages data not only from the LMS but also from the SIS and Student Portal, allowing you to track and manage all elements of the student lifecycle in a single place, including both correspondence and learning outcomes. The CRM functionality of Weaver also allows you to manage admissions and improve the results of your marketing efforts, and much more.
